تخمین احتمال گسیختگی قطعه‌ی شمال غربی گسل شمال تبریز، با لحاظ کردن عدم قطعیت‌های موجود

چکیده

در این مقاله برآورد خطر گسیختگی و وقوع زلزله در قطعه‌ی شمال غربی گسل شمال تبریز، با استفاده از روش‌های آماری رایج انجام گرفته است که عدم قطعیت در داده‌ها و پارامترها را به حساب می‌آورد. شمال غرب ایران را با سطح بالایی از لرزه‌خیزی می‌شناسند که گسل شمال تبریز، مهم‌ترین منبع لرزه‌زا در آن به حساب می‌آید. این گسل امتدادلغز راستگرد، زلزله‌های مخرب بسیار بزرگی از جمله زلزله 1780 میلادی (4/7Ms) را تجربه کرده که محدوده‌ی قطعه‌ی شمال غربی آن را به طول حداقل 60 کیلومتر گسیخته است. برای برآورد احتمال بازگشت زلزله‌های قوی (زلزله‌هایی با بزرگای بیش از 7) از داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده از مطالعات دیرینه‌لرزه‌شناسی و تاریخی استفاده شده و برای توصیف دوره‌‌های بازگشت زلزله، توزیع ویبل به‌عنوان یک مدل وابسته به زمان و توزیع نمایی، نماینده‌ی مدل‌های مستقل از زمان، انتخاب گردیده‌اند. احتمال گسیختگی برای سال‌های آتی با لحاظ‌کردن عدم قطعیت در داده‌ها (تاریخ‌های گسیختگی، نرخ لغزش و متوسط جابه‌جایی یک زلزله) و پارامترهای مدل‌های زمان بازگشت (نرخ لرزه‌خیزی)، تخمین زده شده است. همچنین تأثیر نوع توزیع پیشین مفروض برای داده‌ی تاریخ‌های گسیختگی نیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که برای هر دو مدل توصیف دوره بازگشت اثر چندانی بر نتایج نداشت. به‌علاوه تأثیر کاهش عدم قطعیت در داده‌ی نرخ لغزش روی نتایج احتمالات برای این دو توزیع نیز بررسی شد که نتیجه‌ی آن تغییر حدود 40 درصدی در مقادیر احتمالات برای توزیع نمایی و 80 درصدی برای مدل ویبل بود.
