About Journal

Bulletin of Earthquake Science and Engineering - BESE (ISSN:2476-6097) is a quarterly journal published by International Institute of Earthquake Engineering and Seismology (IIEES) in collaboration with Iranian Earthquake Engineering Association (IEEA) that aims to provide a forum for the presentation of the state-of-the-art knowledge and applied research results by scientists, engineers, specialists, students and their connection.

BESE editor's policy is to publish original papers in the following general areas, considering  the  balance between theoretic and applied  topics in each journal issue.

 - Seismology and Engineering Seismology
 - Geotechnical Earthquake Engineering
 - Structural Earthquake Engineering

 - Earthquake Hazard Mitigation and Disaster Management
